Pre-Occupational Therapy

Help others lead independent and satisfying lives

As an occupational therapist, you help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Under your guidance, patients develop, improve and maintain everyday skills. They need to eat and dress themselves, use a computer, and participate in school and social situations.

Save money and build a strong foundation in occupational therapy for your first two years here. Easily transfer to earn your bachelor’s degree and head to a professional graduate school.

Why study Pre-Occupational Therapy with us?

We can help you get started in the field of occupational therapy. Meet with the Department Chair, Dr. Joana Pabedinskas, to discuss the different paths, schools and options available. We can recommend schools that fit your future goals as a healthcare practitioner. Work with your Academic Success Advisor to plan your transfer to a 4-year institution.

Your instructors know you by name—not number. At CLC, the professors dedicate their careers to helping you learn the material and apply it to real life scenarios.

You learn from the same materials studied at 4-year schools, while you receive the personal attention and feedback possible only in small class sizes.
