Once you identify your desired 4-year university or college, complete your Associate in Arts with courses that meet the school’s requirements. Why study History with us?

You will enjoy smaller classes, the same preparation as you would find at larger, more impersonal 4-year schools, where you are taught by TAs not professors. At CLC, the instructors are teachers first, researchers second. They dedicate their careers to helping you learn from the past to accomplish more in the future.

The CLC History program not only has the basic courses, but you can take classes in Latin American History, the History of World War II, even the History of Chicago, many of which will transfer as history credits.
