Training sessions: $50/50-minute appointment

You have an idea to become a better version of yourself. Call on a CLC Health and Wellness Coach to walk beside you as you turn that spark into a workable plan.

Your health and wellness coach (who is a graduate of our program) works with you to set S.M.A.R.T goals (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely). You learn to celebrate the small successes that lead to milestone achievements. You discover your resilience and ability to improve behaviors. You move step-by-step into your new self.

Coaching sessions: $50/50-minute appointment (in-person or remote)

Get tested, learn your results, and receive professional recommendations. Whether you’re setting out on a new fitness journey or measuring your progress, come to the Human Performance Lab.

Discover your body’s strengths, limits and overall potential through scientific assessment. Available assessments include:

• aerobic capacity (VO₂ submax)
• body composition assessment (DXA or caliper testing)
• flexibility
• muscular endurance and strength testing
• resting energy expenditure/metabolic rate
• vital signs monitoring (blood pressure, pulse rate)
