This 5K is more than a race—it's a community movement. Every donation supports students on their path to higher education. Let's come together and run for change!

All are welcome! We encourage students, staff, families and community members to join us.

This event is free for CLC students. Free t-shirts will be given to the first 50 donors.

Can't make it to the race but still want to support?

Make an online donation to the Carrera de los Lancers Scholarship fund:

  1. Go to the CLC Foundation page and fill out the 'Make a Gift' form.
  2. Under designation, select "Other", and type "Carrera de los Lancers" in the "other designation" field.
  3. Complete and submit the form.

Event details

Race schedule & route

  • 9 a.m.: Check-in/registration opens
  • 9:45 a.m.: Warm-up & Line-up
  • 10 a.m.: Race begins

What to expect

Before the event

  • Registration: Sign up online and bring your confirmation to check-in.
  • Donations: This event is free for CLC students. Suggested donation is $30 or more for CLC staff and community members. All donations go to the Carrera de los Lancers scholarship fund.
  • Clothing: Wear comfy shoes as the race route includes pavement, gravel and grass.

At the race

  • Parking: Spaces available at Lot 8, 9 and 6.
  • Registration: Check in at the registration table. Plastic bins are available for storage (store items at your own risk).
  • Stay hydrated: Stop by the designated water stations throughout the course.
  • Family safety: Children are welcome with adult supervision.
