College of Lake County received federal funds to provide eligible students emergency financial aid grants for expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to the COVID-19 crisis. The following information is required by the Department of Education in order to comply with the reporting requirements under the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund III.

College of Lake County (CLC) received the Grant Award Notification for Section 314 (a)(1), (a)(4) HEERF III (ARP) on June 8, 2021. The total amount of funds that the institution will receive or has received from the Department pursuant to the institution’s Certification and Agreement [for] Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Student.
College of Lake County received a total amount of $20,518,628 from ARP HEERF III. $10,358,077 is specifically designated as emergency financial aid grants to students.

- Enrolled in the spring 2022 term in a PCS 1.1 Baccalaureate/Transfer, PCS 1.2 Occupational/Technical, PCS 1.4 remedial/developmental, PCS 1.6 vocational, PCS 1.7, 1.8 or 1.9 adult education course
- Total number of students who have received an Emergency Financial Aid Grant

As of April 8, 2022, emergency financial aid grants have been distributed to 3,936 students.
