The Chronicle adds to its accolades
CLC's student-run newspaper received 10 awards this April at the Illinois Community College Journalism Association’s spring conference. In the last 15 years, The Chronicle has won 185 awards, including 44 first places, in the statewide contest. -

Kamden Kuklinski came to CLC because it was an affordable way to start his college career. He's since transferred to Lake Forest College to study neuroscience. -

Two individuals and three teams earned gold medals at the SkillsUSA Illinois State Leadership & Skills Conference. Five more students earned bronze and silver medals. -
New live entertainment production program
To help the entertainment industry, CLC created a new live entertainment production program. The program will gets students into the workforce in as little as a year. -
Access the power of technology for free
Thanks to a donation from Meridian Group International, a technology and equipment finance solutions provider, 100 students were able to kick off the semester with a free laptop computer.
