You serve as an essential part of the team during surgical procedures. Learn to prepare the operating room, supplies and instrumentation used to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Our Surgical Technology program teaches the latest standards and practices in a program fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs.

Why study Surgical Technology with us?

Our CLC instructors have working experience as surgical technologists. Go with them into our simulated operating lab rooms and area hospitals to gain experience that you will carry into your profession.

Your training includes a minimum of 120 surgical procedures. You may even secure a full-time position at one of your clinical sites by the time you graduate!

You can earn an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree at CLC in 2 years*. Gain job-ready skills from experienced instructors and earn work-based experience from apprenticeships and internships. Some of the courses you’ll take earn college credit, which can transfer to a 4-year college or university toward a bachelor’s degree.

With 4, 8-week clinical rotations and a capstone course, this program prepares you for the Certified Surgical Technologist exam and to enter the workforce as an entry-level surgical technologist.
