Bring the world to your table
Share your passion for international flavors. Learn cooking techniques to make dishes from Italy, France, Latin America, Asia and North America. Explore indigenous foods and the history of cuisines. Foster appreciation of different cultures through the foods you prepare.
In small groups, you’ll learn by doing in CLC’s state-of-the-art food service labs. You’ll also earn the ServSafe Foodservice Sanitation license upon completing this certificate.
What can you do with an International Cuisine Certificate?
With this certificate, begin or advance your career in hospitality and culinary management.
If you’re new to the industry, it opens doors. If you have industry experience, it helps you move into higher positions. Many CLC alumni become supervisors, managers and assistant chefs within two years of graduating from our Hospitality and Culinary Management programs.
