In small groups, you’ll learn by doing in CLC’s state-of-the-art food service labs. You’ll also earn the ServSafe Foodservice Sanitation license upon completing this certificate.

If you’re new to the industry, it opens doors. If you have industry experience, it helps you move into higher positions. Many CLC alumni become supervisors, managers and assistant chefs within two years of graduating from our Hospitality and Culinary Management programs.
