Associate in Arts
Transfer Degree

Convey your purpose through movement

Turn your passion into a career. You can achieve your life’s purpose through dance. It’s a global art spanning a variety of forms, professions and locations. You can become an artist, instructor or both, and learning how dance can make an impact in the world.

A transfer degree is a smart way to receive a quality education for less tuition. Plus, you have extra learning opportunities outside of the classroom, such as performing, choreographing and teaching.

What can you do with a degree in Dance?

An Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree in Dance prepares you for a variety of bachelor’s programs—not just dance. Maximize your career trajectory by working with an Academic Success Advisor who recommends the best way to transfer to your preferred university.

If you desire to stay in dance, you can earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) or forge your own path by performing in dance companies, starting your own dance business or teaching in a school or studio.
