CLC offers a variety of study abroad trips open to all students. Scholarships are available.

Kamden Kuklinski came to CLC because it was an affordable way to start his college career. He's since transferred to Lake Forest College to study neuroscience.

To help the entertainment industry, CLC created a new live entertainment production program. The program will gets students into the workforce in as little as a year.

Two individuals and three teams earned gold medals at the SkillsUSA Illinois State Leadership & Skills Conference. Five more students earned bronze and silver medals.

CLC is a partner in the Illinois Community College Marketing Collaborative, a statewide branding initiative that will create a comprehensive community college brand.

Prairie Voices won third place in the Central Division of the 2023 Community College Humanities Association Annual Literary Magazine Competition. This is the eighth year in a row Prairie Voices has achieved one of the top three awards.
