    Create memorable experiences

    Prairie Restaurant at Brae Loch Golf Club in Grayslake is managed by CLC hospitality and culinary management students. Aspiring chefs, pastry chefs and restaurant managers hone their craft in the real world. The restaurant serves casual lunch, upscale dinner and special events.

    Ultramodern kitchens

    The newly renovated restaurant and banquet facility features an ultramodern kitchen laboratory for hands-on learning. You'll experience every aspect of running a restaurant, from front-of-the-house to developing menus.

    Farm to table

    Learn to source and prepare locally grown food. The Campus Farm, run by students in the Horticulture program, grows about 6,000 pounds of produce each year. The fruits and vegetables are used at Prairie Restaurant and Café Willow in the student center.
